At TopSkilte ApS we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy describes how we collect and process information about you in accordance with the GDPR.

2. What data do we process?
We only process the information you give us yourself:
- Name and company, if any
- Contact details (phone and email)
- Details of your project, including the installation address
- Invoicing and payment details when trading with us
This website uses no tracking cookies and collects no information about you automatically. The contact form sends via your own email client — no form data is stored on the website.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Answering enquiries and preparing quotes — our legitimate interest in responding to you (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
- Performing agreements — processing necessary for the contract (art. 6(1)(b)).
- Bookkeeping — retention of accounting material is a legal requirement (art. 6(1)(c), cf. the Danish Bookkeeping Act).
4. Retention
Quote material and correspondence are kept for up to 2 years after the latest contact. Accounting material is kept for 5 years from the end of the financial year it concerns.
5. Disclosure
We never sell your data. Information is shared only with data processors necessary for operations (e.g. accounting and email systems) and with authorities where required by law.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the data we process about you
- Have incorrect data corrected
- Have data deleted where the conditions are met
- Object to the processing
- Receive your data in a structured format (data portability)
